Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Interim Senior Project Manager for a 6-month contract on behalf of our construction client. This role is critical to the delivery of a high-profile project and requires a SC cleared professional due to the sensitive nature of the work.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects through all RIBA stages (0-7), ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Oversee project planning, design, procurement, construction, and handover phases.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project objectives are met.

Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

Manage stakeholder relationships and provide clear communication and reporting on project progress.

Requirements:

Current SC clearance

Proven experience in managing construction projects through all RIBA stages.

Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to deliver results under pressure.

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in high-security or government-led projects is advantageous.
