Project Manager Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction and refurbishment projects. You will oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and site representatives, you will coordinate activities, monitor performance, manage risks, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also handle stakeholder communication, resolve issues, and ensure financial and operational targets are met.

Projects will vary in scope and include facilities such as offices, healthcare buildings, and large industrial structures.

About You

You will have proven experience managing construction projects from start to finish, including team leadership, cost control, and stakeholder management. A relevant qualification in construction, engineering, or a similar field (or equivalent experience) is required, along with strong health and safety knowledge (e.g. SMSTS). Good IT skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively are essential.
