Payroll Support
• Input timesheet data into Excel spreadsheets
• Process and record holiday requests
• Record employee absences and submit fit notes for processing
• Support the administration team with payroll submissions
Procurement
• Raise daily, monthly, and quarterly purchase orders
• Manage weekly consumable orders
• Update internal Excel order sheets and purchase registers
• Liaise with suppliers and issue purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Process supplier invoices and submit to central accounts payable
• Handle delivery and invoice queries
• Maintain and update monthly stock take records
• Prepare internal quotes for clients
General Responsibilities
• Provide a wide range of administrative support to management
• Assist the administration team with holiday cover and absences
• Demonstrate proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Office, and Outlook
• Effectively assess and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
